REFUND POLICY
RabindraLeads provides a 14-day trial so prospective customers can understand the workspace, research approach and evidence standards before choosing a paid service. This policy explains when payments are refundable and when they are not.

1. 14-Day Trial Before Payment
The RabindraLeads trial is intended to let you evaluate how the service works before paying. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription and no trial charge is made automatically on Day 14.
During the trial, you can review your Research Profile, workspace and any opportunity intelligence published for your business. Trial access does not guarantee a minimum number of opportunities or commercial results.
2. Paid Subscription Fees Are Generally Non-Refundable
Once you voluntarily choose a paid Signal or Pipeline subscription and payment has been successfully made, that payment is non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or where RabindraLeads expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
This includes requests based on a change of mind, failure to use the service, lower-than-expected opportunity volume, days with no publishable opportunity, or the service not producing a desired number of replies, meetings, sales, contracts, revenue or other commercial outcomes.
3. Opportunity Volume Is Not Guaranteed
RabindraLeads builds the research logic around the customer’s offer, ICP, geography, target buyers, exclusions and relevant evidence sources. For subscription plans, the system is designed to run one client-specific research cycle each day.
A daily research cycle does not mean that a new opportunity will exist or be published every day. RabindraLeads does not guarantee daily opportunities, unlimited opportunities, a minimum lead volume, or confirmed buying intent where the evidence does not support it.
Signal availability depends on what is actually happening in the customer’s market. RabindraLeads may publish nothing rather than manufacture a weak or unsupported opportunity.
4. Pipeline Qualified-Account Batches
The Pipeline plan may include up to 25 qualified ICP or problem-evidence accounts per month under the applicable pilot plan scope.
These accounts are qualified research prospects and are kept separate from evidence of active buying intent. The monthly batch limit is not a guarantee that those accounts are actively buying, will respond to outreach or will become customers.
5. Cancellation and Future Charges
You may stop using the service or request cancellation of a paid subscription at any time. Where recurring billing is used, cancellation applies to future billing periods and prevents future renewal charges after the current paid period.
Cancellation does not create a refund for a payment already made for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.
6. Billing Errors or Service-Supply Problems
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or paid for a service that RabindraLeads did not supply because of a RabindraLeads billing or technical error, contact us promptly with the relevant payment details.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct the charge, provide the missing service, issue a credit or provide a refund consistent with applicable law and the circumstances.
7. Custom System Build, Setup, Transfer & Training
Custom Acquisition System engagements are individually scoped. The proposal, order form or written scope for that engagement may define milestones, deposits, payment schedules, acceptance criteria and any engagement-specific cancellation terms.
Unless the written scope states otherwise, payments covering research, configuration, implementation, setup, transferred deliverables, training or other work already performed are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. No Waiver of Mandatory Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy removes or limits any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
